ACCESSIBLE TO ALL, DELIVERING UNMATCHED PERFORMANCE
Vertmax One is a compact vertical machining center that introduces a groundbreaking approach to vertical piece processing. It is designed to cater to small glassworks seeking technological advancement with minimal investment, as well as large-scale factories aiming for faster and more flexible production at reduced costs.
Vertmax One is a vertical machining center dedicated to producing doors, shower enclosures, balustrades, and both interior and exterior furnishings. It can process sheets up to 3000x1500 mm in size.
The Pilot System is an innovative Intermac technology that ensures outstanding polishing results during vertical machining. It minimizes vibrations and maintains precise tool alignment, even when working on edges far from the suction cup holding area.
PRODUCTIVITY
Vertmax One features two independent carriages, each equipped with two suction cups. This fully automated technology optimizes glass grip based on its size, shape, and machining requirements without additional time delays. It distinguishes itself through exceptional productivity and flexibility, capable of processing all types of glass in a single batch. The repositioning of the carriages allows for any machining operation to be completed without unloading and reloading the glass. Managed entirely by the IC software, Vertmax One offers unparalleled simplicity and efficiency.
IC stems from the expertise and reliability of ICAM, the world’s most widely used CAD/CAM software for glass applications, with over 7,500 installations in 180 countries. It features a revamped, user-friendly interface that is easy to master with self-learning concepts, yet maintains full functionality and programming flexibility. Built on a robust and reliable platform, IC also benefits from increased computational power, thanks to the latest development technologies.
