The Genius LM family is engineered to enhance the handling of glass sheets and the machine crosspiece, significantly boosting productivity.
HEATING OF PLASTIC FILM
A short-wave lamp heats the plastic film without overheating the glass. Meanwhile, the upper cutting bridge presses down on a section of the sheet to keep it in place, while a suction cup bar, applied to the underside of the glass, facilitates the separation of the finished volume.
GCR (GRINDER COATING REMOVAL) DEVICE
For removing the low emissivity film with a 20 mm diameter cup grinder. Constant removal quality, thanks to automatic grinding wheel wear compensation.
