The Francesca FC 1250 H.O. is a glass working NC (Numerically Controlled) drilling center designed for drilling, countersinking, and milling on flat glass sheets with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 25mm, including irregularly shaped pieces. The working area has a width of up to 1250 mm, with length constraints determined by the conveyor system.

The working cycle is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention. The NC system optimizes the approach speed of the heads, manages the glass transport feed, regulates drilling speed and water flow, and adjusts the drill height to account for wear. The operator only needs to input the hole diameter and its coordinates.

Francesca 16M offers customized solutions for the FC 1250 H.O. (beyond the standard configuration) to accommodate glass widths exceeding the machine's standard size. This modification allows glass up to 1500 mm wide to be processed with minimal effort, while maintaining a maximum working stroke of 1250 mm.
